Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our mixing and mastering services. By purchasing our services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

2. Services Provided

We offer professional mixing and mastering services for music and audio productions. Services include but are not limited to audio processing, balancing, enhancement, and finalization.

3. Payment and Fees

  • Pricing is not listed on the website. The cost of services is determined based on project requirements, client type, and budget during project discussions.

  • Mastering projects must be paid in full upfront.

  • Mixing projects require a 50% upfront payment, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery of the final mix.

  • Payments are accepted via bank transfer and PayPal.

  • Refunds are only available if work has not started. Due to the nature of digital services, once work has begun, refunds will not be issued.

4. Turnaround Time

  • Estimated turnaround times are provided at the time of booking but may vary depending on workload.

  • Expedited services may be available for an additional fee.

5. Revisions

  • Mastering projects include unlimited revisions at no additional cost.

  • Mixing projects include up to 3 revisions as part of the price. Additional revisions are possible for an extra fee.

  • Revision requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving the initial mix/master.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Clients retain full rights to their original recordings.

  • We reserve the right to use excerpts of the final master for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed.

7. File Handling & Storage

  • Clients are responsible for providing properly prepared files. Incorrectly formatted or poor-quality files may result in additional fees or delays.

  • We store project files for 30 days after completion. After this period, we are not responsible for keeping copies.

8. Liability

  • We are not liable for any loss, damage, or misuse of the final product once delivered.

  • Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Privacy Policy

Any personal or project-related information shared with us will be kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Amendments to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
